Public Comment on AZ Game & Fish Department Rules:
• Informal comment on rules may be submitted to the AZ Game & Fish Department at any time.
• Instructions for formally petitioning Arizona Game & Fish Commission (AGFC) rule changes (e.g. Article 3 [Taking and Handling of Wildlife; R12-4-3xx] and Article 4 [Live Wildlife Rules; R12-4-4xx].

Public Comment on AZ Game & Fish Commission Orders:
• Commission Orders 41 and 43 (Season and bag and posession limits) are revised and adopted by the Commission annually, at the October Commission meeting. Public comment may be submitted to the AZ Game & Fish Department at any time, but is specifically solicited in June-August.
• Public comment may be made directly to the Commission at the Commission meetings.
